TEAMwerk Pros has been my real-estate agent for 26 years. When I purchased my first home through TEAMwerk Pros, I was young and inexperienced to say the least. It was a seller’s market so we needed to move quickly. TEAMwerk Pros did an excellent job of ensuring I understood what needed to happen and when as well as what I could expect as we worked our way through the process. A few years and a few transactions later my family and I were ready to purchase what we hoped would be our forever home. John & Kathie patiently worked with us as we looked at many homes trying to find the right one. Once we found that home we knew the competition would be fiercer than ever before. We were up against offers well over the asking price, no contingencies, no financing…yet somehow John & Kathie was able to submit an offer that was accepted. It is worth stating that the highest offer is not always the best offer. John & Kathie made sure our offer was the Best offer without us having to pay an unreasonable amount for the home or make a lot of sacrifices on our end. To this day we don’t know how he was able to pull it off and he will only tell us that it was old school experience.

If you ever truly earned a commision , then this one truly qualifies!
1) Preparing for an open house two days after putting it on the market.
2) Spending a lot of time talking with attorneys and their ditzy assistants.
3) Negotiating a settlement with those same attorneys which saved me thousands of dollars.
4) coming close to a breakdown while on vacation because of people not doing what they said they would do.
