If you ever truly earned a commision , then this one truly qualifies!
1) Preparing for an open house two days after putting it on the market.
2) Spending a lot of time talking with attorneys and their ditzy assistants.
3) Negotiating a settlement with those same attorneys which saved me thousands of dollars.
4) coming close to a breakdown while on vacation because of people not doing what they said they would do.

It was a seller’s market so we needed to move quickly. We were up against offers well over the asking price, no contingencies, no financing…yet somehow John & Kathie was able to submit an offer that was accepted. It is worth stating that the highest offer is not always the best offer. John & Kathie made sure our offer was the Best offer without us having to pay an unreasonable amount for the home or make a lot of sacrifices on our end. To this day we don’t know how he was able to pull it off and he will only tell us that it was old school experience.
