1) Preparing for an open house two days after putting it on the market.

TEAMwerk Pros has been my real-estate agent for 26 years. When I purchased my first home through TEAMwerk Pros, I was young and inexperienced to say the least. It was a seller’s market so we needed to move quickly. To this day we don’t know how he was able to pull it off and he will only tell us that it was old school experience.
